Inspire HR stuck on time screen

My Inspire HR is stuck on the time screen and will not scroll. When I try to reboot it,  the smiley face pops up but it doesn't vibrate. Is there anything else I can try to fix it?

Although though my device is no longer under warranty they did offer me a
discount for a new one that I ordered this morning.
