I bought it in Dec 2019. It worked great (sometimes app wouldn't sync, I would have to uninstall and reinstall, but that wasn't the wristband"s fault). 2 nights ago I went to bed with an 86% charge and woke up with a completely dead unit. Tried restart, tried charging (it remained cool on the charger), and tried everything else I saw on these posts. Couldn't get through to customer support, but figured they wouldn't help me anyway since the one year warranty was up. I also deleted it from my bluetooth and tried to find it again to verify it was truly dead. For the price, I think it should have lasted more than 20 months. I never submerged it and kept it fully charged. I've ordered a cheap offbrand smartwatch with an unlimited 3 year warranty for 1/3 the price of my HR.
