My Inspire HR has been glitching for the past week. Initially it was simply displaying the wrong time (we were on holiday) but since then it's not been accurately recording data and keeps switching itself off.
I've connected it to a power source and attempted to reboot a number of times so that I could attempt a factory reset. It's possible to switch the Inspire HR off and on again (cue smiley face on the display screen) but it doesn't vibrate and it's not possible to scroll on the screen to the settings menu.

Hi @SocialGranty It sounds as though you have done everything you can. The only other thing to do is to contact Fitbit Support and hope they can help you.
