Inspire HR - sync all day? or once a day

when i have it on all day sync, it seems it uses more phone (android) battery. but when i sync only once a day, its take forever - "looking for device" when its less than 6" away. just wondering if i needed to do something different.

I do not use All day sync.

 

When ever you open the app it should start syncing

I have the same issue. I found it works better if you turn on blue tooth before entering the fitbit app. Wait a few seconds open the app and refresh the feed then go to another app (don't close fitbit just switch apps) and then go back and it should be updated.
