Hello,
I just put on my Inspire HR and noticed that the Resting Heart Rate is stuck at 60 even though my rate is dropping much lower than that regularly. I also noticed that in the app, the Resting Heart Rate tile in 'Today' reads "--"... Furthermore, if I select the tile, "-- bpm" on the 'Today' screen, the screen reads "no measurements". I have 'All-Day Sync' enabled, 'Always Connected' enabled, and 'Keep-Alive Widget' enabled. I have tried clearing the data on my watch, and force stopping the app, and clearing the cache. I have re-started my phone, and the watch. Oddly enough, the other data is syncing to my phone, just not the heart rate data. Any help is appreciated. This will help me regulate my chronic illness.

@DelvinMoo Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your missing heart rate data and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This is odd. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on the app? Have you tried checking the website (at fitbit.com) to see if the heart rate data shows there? At this point try removing the app, restart your phone and install it to have the most of up to date version of the app.
Let me know how it goes.
