For the last 2 days my Fitbit will only sync with iPhone and not my iPad. WHY!

@17693 It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing with your iPad. When you sync with your iPad your tracker will be linked to this device. It should be able to sync with your iPad but normally won't get notifications from both only with the primary device in this case the iPhone. Still you can clear the link between your tracker and both the iPad and iPhone by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your response.  Tried your suggestion and no luck.  iPad will not find the Fitbit when trying to sync and iPad will also not connect to Bluetooth.  It was fine until recently, may  have been affected buy the last system update but can’t be sure.  It’s so annoying as I prefer to look at the data on iPad screen as it’s bigger.

@17693 thank you for the update.

You mention that you prefer to see the data on your iPad and this should still be possible regardless of your tracker not syncing with it. This makes me believe that you aren't logged into the correct account. Log out and check that you log into the correct account. Your Fitbit app should show the data you have synced on your iPhone same as seeing the data on the website at Fitbit.com through a computer. Even if your computer doesn't sync with your tracker you will still be able to see the data there. This would also explain why you can't sync with the iPad as this would be a different account there.

Keep me posted.
