Inspire HR syncs but Fitbit app shows not enough data

I’ve noticed that I can’t view my heart rate since yesterday in certain tiles on Fitbit. Such as I did three separate exercises today and when o look in the tile to view it, one each one it shows not enough data available. My watch is worn the same way I have since day one, the time ranges in each worn out was 10-45 mins it gives me the overall average heart rate but doesn’t show the graph or the peak heart rate. My heart rate shows fine on the watch it’s self but not in the tile view of each work out. There doesn’t show any updates for the Fitbit and the battery charge is good. Suggestions?

Not sure if this is only app related or if your tracker is affected so I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Regarding the tracker please clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

I think it was a glitch in the app, I was able to log in and see what I was looking for through regular internet log in.

@Rhonda_C thank you for the update. Really happy to hear that you were able to log back in into the Fitbit app. Hopefully you are already back on tracker and getting all those steps.

Happy stepping and stay safe.
