Inspire HR, touch display not working

Inspire HR Purchased in July.

Syncing with a Google pixel 3a XL

 

This morning while trying to scroll to start tracking an exercise, my touch screen on my inspire HR has stopped responding. 

 

I looked to see if I had any updates pending. I do not. 

The touch controls were working just fine the day before. 

 

Anyone know what could be going on? 

The clock face comes up when we push the button, bit we can not get the touch display to scroll.

I have just the Inspire. There is absolutely no display on mine. So far it is still sinking

I had the same thing happen to my Inspire HR 3 days ago.  All of the sudden the display stopped working. Checked for known issues, and the recommendation was to reboot it 3 times.  I rebooted more than that, still no display.  I have been able to still sync my data to the fitbit app, so just kept wearing it until I could either get a replacement, a fix or buy a new fitbit (didn't want to spend another $100+).  Then this morning...the display started working again.  I didn't do anything to get it working.  So hopefully, yours will start working again.  Not sure how long it will continue to display, but hoping the "bug" is fixed.

Thanks for responding.

Sounds like it might be a bug in the system and not just the tracker itself. 

 
The swipe was unresponsive this morning. And continued to be through out the day. 
 
This evening around 5pm. The display was completely blank and unresponsive. Then there was a long vibration and the display came back, along with the swipe. I hadn't restarted the device, I was just wearing it as normal.
