Inspire HR touch screen and heart rate sensor stopped working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

As written in the title, my device's screen and heart rate sensor is stopped working suddenly.

I tried restarting multiple times, draining the battery completely and recharging, and restarting. Sadly none worked.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hello @AmicusDeus I understand you have tried restarting your Inspire HR several times as well as draining the battery, recharging and attempting to restart again but nothing as been successfully. I’m sure that’s frustrating. Have you tried changing the clock face through the Fitbit App? I’d give that a try…it certainly wouldn’t hurt. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm. If that doesn’t fix the issue my only suggestion would be to contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

I’m hopeful the change in clock face helps. Let me know how it goes

Thank you for your reply. I tried changing the clock face but unfortunately it didn't help.

I should maybe contact the customer service already, but the guarantee has already expired

The warranty applies to equipment, it doesn't mean you shouldn't expect software support, error reporting, patches and fixes.

I cannot get my screen to work on either of my InspireHRs. Sometimes it stays blank when the charge is low, so I plugged it in. Still see nothing. The app is showing the battery at 22%. That's not bad. What gives? Any bad software pushes lately?
