The touch screen is no longer working. I have tried resetting it (like stated in other related topics), but that does not work. Can you please help, by Fitbit is pretty useless the way it is now.

Hi, @NataljaHolbox , what happens when you try the reset? Do you see the smiley face? If you don’t see the face then the Inspire has not reset. You may need to hold the button for longer - up to 20-30 seconds. Make sure the Fitbit has contact with the charger the entire time you are holding the button.
