Inspire HR touch screen no longer working

Hi my screen no longer lets me touch it to switch to different views, pick an exercise, a timer, etc. It is stuck on the time screen with the day since it no longer responds to my taps. 

any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi there, @Hotkoffee. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire HR. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Please restart your Inspire HR as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

You are lucky to at least be able to see the date time. I've tried the rebooting methods described in a few posts all I get are a few dots. Can read ANYTHING on screen. As a physical education teacher it's kinda hard to keep a phone in your hand to Just tell the time when teaching. 

 

My Fitbit just vibrates, but I can't tell why? If it a get moving notification, a text or whatever... I'm beyond frustrated with Fitbit lasting only 2 years.
