Inspire HR touch screen not working and time is behind

I have worn my Fitbit Inspire HR everyday since I got it. I never take it off so it’s used to me showering with it on. I went to the lake yesterday and wasn’t in the water long and today the screen will turn on but I can’t scroll or change it off of steps. It will let me see the battery but  I can’t get to settings. The clock is also ten minutes slow. It was only six minutes when I first noticed. I tried resetting it and nothing happened.
