Inspire HR touch screen not working

Hi,

 

I have had my Inspire HR for 3 months now and have started experiencing problems. The screen has stopped responding to touch and I cannot scroll up or down past the clock face. The side button works fine, it's just the touch screen that stopped working. A few days prior to this I noticed the screen was acting quite laggy when trying to scroll as though it was having trouble starting. 

I have already tried resetting it and changing the clock as I see this has fixed the issue for others but unfortunately not for me. 

It is also still tracking all my stats and updates them on the Fitbit app as normal. 

Any help would be appreciated,

Hi there,

 

I am having the same issues with my Inspire HR, and also reset twice, updated the iOS app and watch, and changed clock faces. Still getting notifications and can use the side button. Have had it since 12/30/19.

I am having the same issues. The tap screen option not working as well as any other tracking details are not optional to see. I don't kmow how to reset my HR.  PLEASE HELP

Having the same problem since last Wednesday. I updated my Inspire HR this morning and it's still not working.

I am also having this issue,  but my side button isn't working and it is draining the battery super fast and not recording steps. Can't get it to even reset.  Purchased 11/29/19

My screen is also not responding to touch and I've also tried to reset it.  I can log exercise through the web page, but not the app.

I am able to swipe the screen on my inspire but cannot make the app screen open—Specifically, I can’t add in my food intake or exercise.  Is there anything I can try to fix this? Could this problem be related to the other problems?  Nancy B

Mine will not swipe on screen either. I have also tried all the possible options I have read on here as well. Please help! All my info still shows in app on my phone thankfully but I would love to be able to swipe through options on my watch.

Hello Liliya. How do I get added to the resolution message for this issue when the Support Team responds?  My wife's Fitbit that I recently got for her is having the same issue, with the screen freezing and none of the online suggestions are working.
