Hi - the screen on my Inspire HR (which I've had since the end of March) suddenly went funny yesterday.
It still tracks my stats, and the screen still shows my clock, but that's about all it does. I can't scroll to see any of my settings/exercise options.
I've tried both restarting it and changing the clock face, as I saw these suggested by other users here - to no avail.
Any more advice/suggestions would be quite useful!

Hi, @Lianper , a restart usually fixes this problem, but often you need to do the button hold for much longer than the usually recommended 5 seconds. I would suggest holding the button for 20-30 seconds. Make sure the Fitbit stays connected to the charger the entire time you are holding the button.
I have also seen reports that changing the clock face can help (you do this in the app and have to sync your Inspire once you make the change.) You should be able to revert to your original clock face once you have done this, if you want - don’t forget to sync again.
I have not tried the changing clock face solution myself, as the long button hold has always worked for me.

I just tried both of these and they didn't help - thanks for the suggestions, though!
Looks like I'll have to contact Support and see if they can help.
