I've had the fitbit about 4 months and have a had a few issues pop up that a soft reset would fix. But I've the soft reset 4 times and it won't fix my issue. I want to FULLY reset the inspire but I can't scroll to get to the settings!
Please HELP!

Did you try change your clock face..had the same issue and tgis is the only thing thst worked.

Yes, I have tried several different clock faces and none of them work.

I can't scroll at all. Held the reset button down for quite a while if that's what is meant by a soft reset?
