This evening the touchscreen on my inspire hr stopped working correctly. It will not scroll when swiped. The side button will bring up screen but that is all. If I hold the button nothing happens. It is locked on time screen.

Didn’t work. Waited for and got the 😊 but still can’t be moved away from the clock screen. Anyone else have any ideas? Looking like the recycling bin otherwise 😢
only effect was to delete all the alarms and reset to the wrong time zone.

Be sure to have the FitBit on the charger and hold down the button at the same time. Should take about ten seconds to reset.
