Okay, so I've had my fitbit Inspire HR for nearly a year now. I've never really had an issue with it. I love it.
Today, however, I got up and made my coffee, and in the middle of measuring out my milk, my fitbit starts buzzing, declaring I've reached my calorie burn goal. I checked my app, and it said in the last 15 minutes, I'd taken over 24,000 steps. Which, even if that was humanly possible, the last time I got so many steps, I'd spent the day at the national zoo. Certainly not just rolling out of bed!
Is my fitbit broken? What can I do?

Hi @JosephineG, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire HR since it counted a high amount of steps. I totally understand how you feel about this.
In order to fix this issue, please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains why your Fitbit device may track extra steps.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
