What are ways to trouble shoot my tracker not correctly documenting my exercise, sleep, and active minutes?
I have done a reset, restart, replaced the device on the app, updated the app, and nothing has fixed the problems.
I have an iPhone XR with the most recent software.

@Beckaww Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not detecting your sleep, activities and active minutes. What type of issue are you having with each one? What type of activity are you doing? Your device detects activities based on the motion on your arm. The automatic detection is a feature called SmartTrack. For example when using the elliptical machine make sure you have the moving bars so your device detects the motion and record the activity itself, once an Elliptical activity is saved on your account it should show on the Recent Exercise area. If your heart rate is high but there isn't much motion (yoga, weight lifting, etc.) then these activities will be difficult to be detected by your device. Still you can manually log your activity so you have a record on your account.
Regarding sleep your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Finally active minutes won't be the same as the duration of your activity. They are granted for the most intense activity period. You can read how they are calculated here.
Let me know how it goes.

I do the same kickboxing workout and never had issues with my Fitbit tracking it before up until a couple months ago. My classes are usually around 50minutes of active minutes and exercise. Now it will track it as a 20-30 minute workout- sometimes with gaps of heart rate/exercising or will track it as 2 separate exercises (that still don’t add up to the correct minutes).
The sleep is usually accurate but it seems like some days it will say I only got 2-3 hours of sleep, which I know is not the case. Or it will say that it did not get enough information to get the detailed sleep insight.
I am also not getting notifications of texts, calls, Snapchat, Facebook, etc onto my device. If I turned off the Bluetooth and turned it back on it used to solve the problem temporarily. Now, even when I do that it doesn’t seem to work.
it seems like the only thing that works on my device right now is my steps.
