Inspire HR tracker won't hold band in place

Hello,

 

I've had my Inspire HR for about two weeks. I took the band on and off and now the metal locks won't stay in place when I put it in, since the plastic on the actual Fitbit (where the hinges are) won't hold it in. I went to the warranty claim page, clicked 'File Claim' but it says "Nothing is paired to this account", but in my Dashboard page I see two products connected to my account.
