The readings are kind of all over the place. It says I'm only burning like 50 - 100 calories at CrossFit, and says I burned 500 on a half hour walk the other day.
The heart rate monitor is definitely out of wack because I checked it at the gym when my heart was pumping and it was reading like 90 BPM.
Is there a way to send it back in for calibration or to check the sensor? Or do like a factory reset on the band somehow?

Hi @Katieeeeeeeeee, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the inaccurate calories and heart rate readings that your Inspire HR has tracked, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Inspire HR during the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hey! I gave this a try (restarted the fitbit a few times) and waited a few weeks to gather some data. Looks like it didn't help. Is there a program where I can send it back and have them calibrate it? Or get a return/exchange?
It's crazy inaccurate. It still says I only burn like 50-100 calories at CrossFit, and every time I go for a walk it says I burned anywhere from 300-600 calories.

Hi again! I think I kind of solved my problem. I started putting my FitBit into "weightlifting" mode when I'm at the gym. Wondering if this will end up overestimating the calories I'm burning though.
