My Fitbit thinks I'm asleep when I'm watching tv. Is there a way to correct it and tell it I wasnt asleep?

@BecsZj Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for the details mentioned. It's pretty weird that your Inspire HR is tracking sleep while you're watching tv. In this case, I would like you to restart your tracker and then change the sleep sensitivity setting on fitbit.com.

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon

     > Settings > your device image.
  2. Click Sleep Tracking and make your changes.

Follow these settings if you're using iPhone and iPads:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

, then tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Advanced Settings > Sleep Sensitivity and make your changes.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I sometimes have the same issue when I’m very relaxed either reading or watching TV. I have learned to just pump my arm every once in a while so it knows I’m still awake.
