Hi, I have a problem with my Inspire HR. After a short time of having this device, it started randomly turning off and changing the time multiple times a day. I used to frequently change the clock face so the time gets fixed. Or els I would sync the device. But that happens so many times a day, it was so annoying and it just kept getting worse. I tried a soft reset and a factory reset, it didn't work. At this point, it started turning off only minutes after I synced it and it would not turn back on for a long time. I tried deleting it from the Fitbit app. It didn't work. Now, it doesn't turn on anymore. I tried charging it but there is no vibration when I put it in the plug and the screen is completely black. I tried pressing the side button while still in the plug. Still off and doesn't work. Since I didin't get to use it because of these issues, it is like new. Can you please help me?

My Fitbit Has Inspire HR quit tracking sleep and steps are not tracking accurately. Also, it won’t update.
