This has happened now three times (fitbit purchased 7 months ago) and always over night. I woke up in the middle of the night and checked my fitbit to see what time it was and I got no response. Plugged it in and saw my battery was completely drained so much so that it didn't even acknowledge the connection for at least a few minutes. This happens hours into my sleep. Also i usually charge my fitbit before bed so it is always 80% or higher overnight. I am getting more concerned that my fitbit will completely stop working in the near future as 2 of the total 3 shut offs have occurred in the last 2 weeks.
Would like to know if there is anything I can do to remedy this issue?

Hi @TorontoAB, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it turns off at night after being charged completely. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd just like to know if your Inspire HR keeps the charge during the day. In the meantime, try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Inspire HR.
Looking forward to your response.

Thank you for your reply. My fitibit does typically keep the charge fairly well during the day. I do charge it though most evenings. This issue of going from 100% to 0 within hours seems to have only happened during sleep periods and as I mentioned three times. Again I'm concerned because the last two times were within a few days of each other.
I will have a look at the suggested article but not so sure that this is a typical issue that can be fixed by potentially using lower power modes if those are typically the ways to address most battery draining issues.
