My Fitbit will only turn on when it's plugged in, it will not turn on when it is not plugged in.

Hi @Emmawubbolt That is not a good sign. Have you tried restarting it several times? If that doesn't help then Fitbit Support is your only option, but if you are out of warranty then they probably won't be able to help. Good luck!
