I had used Fitbit Inspire hr since the middle of June 2019 and never had issue, until last month. In the middle of January, my Fitbit inspire HR to keep occurring below issues
1. unable to scroll/swipe or tab to another page, although sometimes I can accidentally scroll to the next page. This issue occurred from the middle of January till now.
2. battery finished within 3 days without connection to my phone through Bluetooth, my Fitbit battery normally can last for 6-7 days without connection to my phone through Bluetooth. This issue occurred since Middle of January
3. unable to sync my phone which occurred since 08.02.2021
4. screen unable to turn back on which occurred since 09.02.2021
Does anyone have the same issues and able to help to fix those issues?

Hi @speakerstep, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Fitbit Inspire HR is unable to to turn on, let me know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on. After this, follow the steps advised in this help page in order to fix the syncing issue.
Finally, try the tips that are included in this article in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit device.

I’m having the same problems and can not sync to my phone either since end of January

After charing inspire hr for the whole night and is able to turn back on, however, my Fitbit still unable to scroll/swipe or tab to another page.
May I know how can I handle this issue?

I had used Fitbit for 1.5 years and never had problems. Since the middle of January 2021, a different type of issues keeps occuring.
