Hi, first post here and I’m a bit frustrated. I brought an inspire HR fir my wife’s anniversary so kept in a box for 1 month. It’s now 2 months and the Fitbit won’t connect to my phone or my wives phone.
the Fitbit is charged and has the smile face with the setup link displayed on the screen.
My phone is Samsung S8 using the latest Android version. The Fitbit app just says cant connect with blue tooth despite Bluetooth being turned on and visible, despite me trying with wifi off. I’ve even tried with my wife’s phone Samsung s6 and same issue.
I’ve been unable to use this at all and think that either it’s faulty or the setup process needs to be improved.
any help please? Anyone?

Even if the phone doesnt appear in the list, it was working fine before for me too. Is it because of the firmware got updated and it doesnt support the phone's OS. The same issue is being happening with me for Inspire HR.
