Inspire HR unresponsivescreen-no vibration after restart

Hello

 

My inspire HR is about 13 months old.

 

It will not respond to scrolling. The side button works. I have plugged it in and tried to restart multiple times. The smiley face appears but the device does not vibrate. It worked once for a few seconds after a restart a few days ago but is not working now.

 

I have changed clock faces, checked for updates and made sure the screen is clean.

 

Please assist.

 

The steps and calories and automatic recognition is working in the background which I see in the app. 

 

I need to be able to start a workout.
