Inspire HR wake up alarm not working

My wake up alarm is set up online and showing on the device as turned on for the time I want to wake up but it is not vibrating to wake me up.  Anyone have any suggestions of how to fix this?

Hi @freddymom welcome to the Community Forums. I'll be glad to give you a hand with your alarms.

 

Please check that you're following each one os the steps suggested here: How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device? You can also remove the alarm and set it up again. Remember to sync your Fitbit Inspire HR after adding your alarms. 

 

You can also restart your Fitbit and let me know how it goes.
