Inspire HR watch face is black and I fixed it, I hope

So my Inspire HR watch face is black.  It seems to still be syncing on my phone.  I charged it and you cannot tell it is charging because the Fitbit watch face screen is black, but on my phone it shows up that it has charged.  On the underside of my watch face the little green lights still show up.  Any suggestions?  This Fitbit inspire HR is not even a year old yet.  It will be in June.  Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

So I saw on here to put my Inspire HR watch on charger in computer USB spot or other charger and make sure that the magnet things are connected and then hold down the button on side of watch for 15 seconds and a smiley face appeared and now my watch no longer has black screen.  It shows time and it shows activities, etc.  I hope this lasts.
