Inspire HR water damage due to rain

Hey!

My device is out or warranty. it was working great until I ran in the rain. Now the battery is dead/ the unit doesn't hold charge. It held charge for about 30 hours before. Aren't these supposed to be waterproof? I got a discount code for a new one but I can't afford it at this point. I'm frustrated.

Thanks,

Dimitri

@dihoimes924 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the issue that your Inspire HR experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.

I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
