Inspire HR will no longer connect or sync with Android phone

My daughter has an Inspire HR now almost a month. Connecting and syncing with her phone was never problem (Moto E5, Android 8.0).

Since last Tuesday the Fitbit has not been able to sync with her phone. We tried different things to get it connected again. Bluetooth on/off, restarting phone, restarting Fitbit, removing and adding Fitbit in the app, Removing the app... And also a combination of all of the above. But nothing worked. At the moment we are also trying to sync the Fitbit on a new phone see is setting up for use (Moto G9 Play, Android 10.0), but also there the Fitbit will not connect. What can we futhermore do to get the Fitbit connected and syncing with either one of the phones?

I am having the same issue. Worked fine until the 11th of Oct and won't sync anymore. I have also tried the steps you have done and it is still not connecting. To me, after the latest update which was done about two weeks ago has made something in the connection disappear or not work anymore. Guess I will go back to a normal watch for a while.

Same here! Boom! 26 steps all day. I walked my same three miles. Today no sleep score!! Tried the same as all. It just stopped. Very upsetting. I’ve been wearing  three different Fitbit  watches for four years with  nothing like this has happening!

very disappointed

Same here.  Have had Inspire HR almost 2 months,  just stopped syncing with my android phone recently.  Tried everything to make it work,  went on to the fitbit chat and was told sometimes after updates are made all features of  the fitbit will not work adequately!   It is best to sync with a phone that is on their "list".   My phone was on the "list"  when I purchased my fitbit 2 months ago!!!   Not happy because there is nothing wrong with my phone.

I have an IPhone not an android phone. Why did mine not sync? I have an
IPHONE 8 Plus so this should not be a problem for me.

I've just checked my phone on their list and sadly it is one on the list that mets requirements but exhibits issues that cause their products to not operate properly. So no point me trying to solve it anymore. Waste of time.
