Soon after purchasing my Inspire HR it started "repelling" itself from the charging pins on the charger cord. I liked the magnet feature at first because it made it easy to get the device on for a charge. But something "shifted" somewhere and now I have to put a heavy book on the fitbit to overcome the magnet's attempt to push the device OUT of alignment with the charging pins. I used the chat feature on the fitbit website to ask for help on this (the device is still under waranty) and the rep said, "Great Job! keep using that book to make it work!!" and then she closed the ticket.
Has anyone else experiences this poor service from fitbit?

I know how frustrating this could be and please check your email. You should have an email with instructions.
