Hi - my Fitbit is exactly one year old today, is currently on 17% and will not charge. I was able to charge it yesterday, although it seemed a little slower than usual. I have tried all the things suggested and nothing resolves the issue. Can you please refer me to the support team. Feeling very disappointed 😞

Before I forward your case to our Support team, I would like to know a couple of details in order to avoid providing the same information:
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
- Does your Inspire HR vibrate when you put it on the charger?
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
