I have cleaned all the ports, according to instructions. Did a 5 second hard restart. Even hit the panel 5 times. Nothing happens.
Sometimes I get a smile and battery starts to charge. Then just goes dead again. It has now been charging for 5 days.
I have been periodically hitting the reset button. And nothing.
My Fitbit is just under a year old. Has anyone had this problem? Or any suggestions?
