Hey, looking for some support here.  I have been have issues with my HR for a couple of months, after buying it in August.  It will not stay active after disconnecting from the charger.  This has happened before, and I was able to work around it by changing the clock face while it was charging and it would work again.  It not does not stay on at all after being disconnected from the charger (fully charged and is am able to scroll through menus and such while attached to the charger).

Any help is appreciated.  Frustration is high since this is less than 6 months old and have had many issues.

Joe

It is fully charged and restarts when attached to the charger. As soon as I take it off, turns off immediately

@Jski90 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not staying on and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This could either be a display issue or a battery one. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

Let me know how it goes.

Any further suggestions?  Frustration is pretty high at this point. $100 and lasted less than 6 months is horrible.
