Inspire HR will not swipe

The swiping  on My inspire HR has suddenly stopped working. It doesn't allow me to select workouts or use any other function apart from see the time. I haven't dropped it or damaged it all.  At the moment I can't swipe to see my heart rate or my step count it's basically a bracelet that just tells me the time 

 

Can someone please tell me how to fix this

This is an easy on --Requires a simple restart to update firmware.   Connect to charger.  Press and hold power button for approx. 7 seconds until smiley face appears. Disconnect.  It should reset.
