(I am using a desktop.) I have rebooted, connected to the toggle and waited for the smiley face to appear, logged in/logged out. I believe there must be an issue with the new firmware version as this is when it started.

Same thing here with sync issues! I've tried rebooting everything... I've uninstalled and am currently trying to reinstall my Inspire HR and I get as far as entering the four digit code but it can't connect past that.. keep getting the message "sorry this is taking longer than normal, we're working on it". Very frustrated.

Ive even tried setting up a new account and it still wont set up a device or even find it now

This is so annoying. My phone can detect Inspire HR being then but get stuck on connecting to it. I can't even get to ther 4 digit code stage.

I guess this is a low priority. I have resigned to just using it for steps and don't log into the dashboard anymore.

I am having the same problem. My fitbit Inspire HR will sync for a few days and then stops. Is there a resolution yet?
