Inspire HR will not sync or vibrate for messages

Yes I have followed all resetting steps, including deleting and re adding the app, turning all location data on, etc. 

 

Nothing is working and this is the third time it happened this week... 

 

Please help.

Mine does the same I have an android cell and it never works very frustrating

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue with your device. I understand how you are feeling and appreciate the additional details.
