Inspire HR will not turn on

I was going through the steps of setting up my brand new Fitbit. The Fitbit was on. The app ask to update a new firmware, so I started this. Came back and the app indicates the tracker still needs updating and I can’t turn the Fitbit on. Help.

Hi @Critter30  try THIS Help Article on set up problems. Sometimes updating is a bit difficult so give it a few tries before you despair!

When you say you cant turn four Fitbit on, do yeau mean the screen is blank? If not blank, what is it showing?

It is black. There is nothing showing like it is off.
