Inspire HR wiped out all data

Yesterday after a great swim, I went to check my stats on the phone and was asked to reenter my login info. On doing so, I was asked to reconnect my Inspire HR to the phone and after that it only showed me data for part of the data yesterday and everything before that was deleted/ wiped out and I could not see any of my data - no footsteps, exercise logs, female tracking logs, everything was wiped out. How could I restore it back?

When historic data seems to be missing, that usually mean you have logged back into the wrong account; i.e. with a different email than the one where your data was stored.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
