Ive had device for 7 months and heart rate ok until a week ago. Now it just shows a heart shape with the broken ring surround - all unlit.

Hi @Thebowler, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the heart rate tracking issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article.

 

After trying these steps, monitor your Inspire HR during the next 24 and see if the issue gets fixed.
