Inspire HR won’t allow me to select “start”

I updated the software on my Inspire HR a few days ago and now I can’t select the “play” button when starting an activity. I can’t select other items just fine but when that button pops up, it’s unresponsive. My Fitbit is only 2 years old.

Hi, @CountryGirl77 , as a first step I would suggest giving your Inspire HR a restart.  A restart can resolve many issues and will not cause any data loss.  It is worth trying it two or three times as a single restart does not always work. Instructions are here
