Inspire HR won't change screens

My inspire seems to be stuck on the time screen.  It is counting steps etc, but it won't show.

This is happening to me as well.  I plugged it into the computer to charge and all of a sudden it is acting up.  The last time this happened I was told I needed a new one and had to buy a new one. My first one lasted about 6.6 months and that is about where I am at with the new one I bought at the time the last one stopped working.

1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
