After having my inspire battery run out on vacation (I forgot my charger). It won’t charge now. I tried resetting it and tried cleaning the connections, like Fitbit recommends. Can anybody else give me suggestions?

I did all those things just like I said in my first post. Is this really the best your company can do? Nobody from customer service will answer how to fix it. Very poor service
