The battery on my fitbit died a few days ago and now won't charge. When I put it on the charger nothing happens (no lights or anything). I've tried cleaning the sensors and I've tried resetting a few times and the smiley face comes up then the model number/fitbit symbol appear but I when I push the button nothing happens. Eventually the screen goes black and it still won't charge or do anything. I've tried multiple outlets to charge it as well and still nothing. I've tried syncing to the app and also nothing. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I am having same issue. Mine is about 4 weeks old and will not charge or give me any readout. Very frustrating.

I’m having the same issues with my Inspire HR. I’ve tried cleaning the sensors, used different power sources, used different charging USB cables. When I try to reset the smiley face appears but then a black screen again. The Fitbit just vibrates randomly every 30 seconds to a minute. Not acceptable of a device only months old!

Try contacting customer service. They are replacing mine so they will probably do the same for you.
