Inspire HR won't charge or respond

I bought an inspire hr in April. It won’t charge or respond but vibrates every now and then. I’ve cleaned the charging port thingies, tried multiple different charging sources and locations (pc, USB plugs etc). It sometimes does the smiley face to say it’s reset but doesn’t actually reset and mostly doesn’t even respond to the buttons being held. Iappear to have run out of options. What’s next??
