Inspire HR won't charge properly, hold a charge or sync

my fit bit hr as stopped working it wont charge properly wont hold a chargr when done and wont syth properly either done the ususal steps run out of ideas now

@janrats68   You need to contact Support for more help.  Please be patient if you don't get an answer right away.  Wait times are longer due to the coronavirus pandemic.

I received my replacement Inspire hr after May 20th but now my replacement is doing the same thing as my previous Fitbit. It does not show my steps or anything on the display screen. it also will not charge now even if I leave it on the charger all day.
