My Insprie HR is less than 3 months old and one day it turned itself off, and it has never come back on again. When I plug the charger in, it vibrates like it connects but no battery icon appears. The screen stays blank, apart from a smiley face appearing for a few seconds. I have tried cleaning the charge/Fitbit, and also different plugs... still no luck!

I actually got on the forums this morning looking for the same answer. I seriously could have written the same post. I’ve cleaned the contacts, tried charging on the wall, two different computers, and even my car. It vibrates when connecting the charger and a smiley face shows up if you try to turn it on when it’s connected to the charger. Other than that, it’s a black screen. I’m hoping there is some quick fix and won’t have to call and request a replacement.

I'm having the exact same issue as of a few days ago. It appears there's an update available but I can't get my inspire to update either. Maybe it's a bug with the new update or a bug that the new update is intended to fix?
