Inspire HR won't charge

Can anyone help.

Only had my inspire HR about 4 months. It was a gift. It suddenly won't charge.

I have cleaned the ports, left it to charge for hours. Deleted the device from my app but can't reinstall as no charge.

It is totally dead, won't even vibrate when connecting charger.

Hi @Linz4321, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.

Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Hi Ricardo

Thank you for replying. The device shows no sign of life at all so unable to reset it unfortunately.

Customer services are sending me a new one. Appears to be a common fault with the Inspire series judging by all the other posts.

Could you advise if Fitbit are looking into this common malfunction?

Thanks
