My Inspire HR has had a black screen for the last month but I still wore it because it synced with the app and I could track my steps and activity. Now it will not charge or sync. I have tried to reset it several times and have cleaned it thoroughly. Is there anything else I can do or is it just done?

Hi @EmyLou924, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.
Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you for the reply! I have tried the restart process a few times with no success. It will vibrate slightly when on the charger and I push the button but the screen will remain black. The heart rate sensors are not lit up or flashing. It is basically unresponsive at this point.
Thanks,
